Yes. All custom orders require a 25% deposit off your total order. The deposit is non-fundable and goes towards the balance of your order. All pre-designed online orders require full payment upon order.

What payment options to you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Through Square or PayPal.

Your credit card will be charged at the time of purchase or when deposit is due.

Are envelopes included?
Yes. Single blank envelopes are included in the price of wedding invitations, RSVP cards, save the dates, and thank you cards. Double envelopes and addressing options are an additional charge.

Can I order more at a later date?
YES, but it is more expensive than ordering extras up front. This is due to each print run incurring certain setup costs and preparation time. * We recommend ordering at least 10-15 extras. You will also want to make sure you have enough for incorrect addresses, last minute guests (B List), keepsakes for you and family, as well as a set for your photographer to document.

Absolutely! The majority of our invitations can be personalized using any wording you’d like. For no extra charge. If you have questions about invitation wordings, verses or formats, email or call.

Assembly

Will my order come assembled?
Wedding invitations and save the dates ship flat and require assembly. Liners and wraps also require assembly. If ribbon is ordered, it will be shipped on spools and will need to be cut down for use. Do envelope liners require assembly?
Yes. Our liners include instructions and professional tape strips for quick and easy assembly. They are 6.5×5.25″ in size and cover the interior of the envelope flap and 3/4 of the way into the envelope. For double envelopes, only the inner envelopes have a liner option.

Assemble in the following order:
• Invitation
• Large enclosure (printed side up)
• Response envelope (printed side up)
• Small enclosure (printed side up)
• Belly band (if ordered). Adhesive dots will be provided.

For envelope liners:

• Carefully centering it before pressing down.
